Title: Orange Skies
Description: This was my very first time being on the waters of the okavango delta. We had spent a few hours cruising around the waterway and inlets viewing the many species of water birds and animals. We decided to stop and watch the sunset that evening as sipped on our drinks. The air was hot and humid as the birds returned to their nests and the crickets started their evening call. In the distance you could hear a baboon call and the laughter of the hyenas in search of their next meal. This was Africa in all her beauty as I sat watching the sunset over the Delta. It lit up the sky in a thousand hues of orange. I will never forget the way it reflected off the water and changed the sky that night. Every sunset is so different to the day before.
